Another thing that you may want to try is periodic fasting, sometimes referred to as interval fasting.  There are a number of different ways that this can be done, but you will basically be eating during a four or five hour window of the day and you will not be eating at all during the rest of the day.  Once you get used to this lifestyle, you will not only find that you are losing weight consistently but you will feel much better, more alert and have more energy as a result of not digesting all the food that you use to eat, 24 hours a day.
