That is all that there really is to the Britney Spears ab workout, as far as the exercise is concerned.  Something else that is very important for you to keep in mind, however, is that it really doesn’t matter how many abdominal exercises you do, you need to make sure that you do not have a layer of fat which is covering them over.  This is the mistake that many individuals make, thinking that they are going to get in perfect shape without dieting.
